• 1.1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account with Edge Innovative or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
• 1.2. User Eligibility: Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and able to enter into legally binding contracts. You must also have the legal right to use the payment method you provide when using our services.
• 1.3. The administration has a right to change and exclude any points of the documents at its discretion.
• 1.4. The renewed data is considered to be relevant after publishing at the source.
• 1.5. If the client doesn't accept the renewed agreement's rules, he has to stop collaboration with our company forever (in obligatory order).

2. Client's registration

• 2.1. Registration is an obligatory procedure.
• 2.2. When registered at the resource, the client confirms the bylaw of the current agreement.
• 2.3. Only adults can begin collaboration with our company.
• 2.4. Successful completion of the registration indicates that the clients confirms everything he does at the resource.
• 2.5. One client has the right to create only ONE account.
• 2.6. If the administration identifies more than one user's account, it has a right to block the account.Money isn't refunded from the service.
• 2.7. The client has the opportunity to make up a login and a password himself.
• 2.8. Data isn't transfered to the third parties, the user is responsible for his account himself.

3. The company's rights and duties

• 3.1. The service provides and guarantees every user's data confidentiality on a regular basis.
• 3.2. The administration has a right to block the user's account temporarily or forever if they identified the following violations:
• 3.2.1. Investors can ONLY withdraw their Capital after 12 Months of annual Investment.
• 3.2.2. More than one account was created.
• 3.2.3. There is false info in the personal data or violation of the agreement's conditions.
• 3.3. The safety of clients' accounts will be guaranteed in case of technical problems on the website.
• 3.4. Accrual and payout of money is made within the investment rate chosen.
• 3.5. Money is withdrawn automatically within the currency of the introduced deposit.
• 3.6. The administration advises its clients to register at the resource with difficult passwords and logins.
• 3.7. The administration isn't responsible for safety and invulnerability of the data in case of fraudsters' actions.

4. Client's rights and duties

The users of the service's amenities are the clients who have completed free registration and those who are full aged (18 years old). The client has to fulfill the following rights and duties:

• 4.1. Be responsible for safety of the login and password chosen.
• 4.2. Indicate only trustworthy info in the personal data.
• 4.3. Follow all the relevant agreement's conditions.
• 4.4. Not to spread spam about the project, otherwise instant account's block will follow.

5. Confidentiality

The service from its side guarantees meeting the following duties:

• 5.1. Not to transfer, rent client's personal data without his permission.
• 5.2. To provide good protection of the members' personal info from the loss, changes or destruction in another resources.
• 5.3. Data is stored at the servers with multi-level system of protection, that's why unwanted accesses are prohibited.
• 5.4. To provide around the clock access to the accounts only for the clients.
